Produced using only the most premium quality carbide cylinders and ground on fully automated CNC machinery, these are the highest quality spiral carbide router bits on the market. Flush-trimming is one of the most common operations for a router in the workshop. Our solid-carbide, spiral router bits are manufactured to extremely tight tolerances from C4 micrograin carbide. These flush-trim spiral router bits start out sharper and stay sharp longer than conventional flush-trim router bits. Assembled using two high quality bearings, this guide system provides plenty of surface to engage a template or pattern. With two flutes for maximum cutting efficiency and a glass-smooth finish, choose the downcut bit for the cleanest cut on the bottom side of your workpiece or choose the upcut bit for the smoothest surface on the top side of your workpiece.
